REORGANISATION

It's been known for some time that the 2005 General Election would be fought using new constituency boundaries, so that, for Westminster at least, Dunfermline East would cease to exist

As part of this change, the Dunfermline East Conservative Association ceased to be on March 31st 2005. From April 1st, two new websites take over from this one. They are

Since about 80% of Dunfermline East is now part of K & C, this website has been linked to the new K & C site. In particular, the Newsroom link will take you to the K & C Newsroom, where you'll find all the old Dunfermline East news plus new K & C items.

As always, if you've any problems with navigating these sites or if you can see ways in which we could improve them, please let us know.

Finally, Dunfermline East is still a constituency for the Scottish Parliament. This may change before the next Holyrood election in 2007. Then again, we may be back ...
